Do I need an End of Tenancy clean?

Moving homes is a big task and there's a lot to do, often in a small space of time. So having professional cleaners go through the property can be a weight off your shoulders.

Many rental contracts require the property is professionally cleaned and a receipt of the work is evidenced before the deposit can be returned.

You may not require all the services provided in the End of Tenancy clean (see full list above). Discuss this with the professional to obtain an accurate quote for the work you need.

How much does an End of Tenancy clean cost?

The cost of End of Tenancy cleaning is based upon the properties size and condition. With these factors in mind the cost usually ranges between £90 and £360

What do I need to tell you to get an accurate online quote?

We need to first know the general size of the property, how many floors there are & what rooms the property is made up of.

Next a description of dust levels and build up throughout the house including which rooms have received more use.

It is essential we are told about any factors, such as pets, that may affect the cleaning time of your property.

Areas of focus in your property, for example, marks on walls, excessive amounts of grease, mould in tile grout, or maybe a large oven.

It's helpful to know of any time limitations posed or other contractors working in the property on the day that we may require additional team members to work around.

If your property is in great condition, let us know! The clean may just be for your peace of mind, we will make sure it is reflected in the price.

When is the best time to contact end of tenancy cleaners?

The answer is probably today. Moving home can be a big endeavour. Securing your end of tenancy cleaning quote early is one less thing to organise leading up to the move.

We understand the moving process can be unpredictable. Once we have made contact, we will stay in touch and be ready to go as soon as the date arrives.
